Catalyst Care Group officially named among the 2023 list of UK’s Best Workplace™ for Women!

Led by their vision to humanise how care is provided in the community, through their approach of humanising the working environment and people experience, there are many reasons those who work at Catalyst Care Group found it a Great Place to Work for Women when voting.

The 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women list was launched this morning by Great Place to Work® UK, recognising Catalyst Care Group among its ranked organisations.

This certification is a testament to Catalyst Care Group’s dedication to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered. By prioritising a positive work environment, Catalyst Care Group has naturally created a culture that benefits women and all employees alike.

The organisation has implemented initiatives that prioritise employee wellbeing and engagement. Flexible work arrangements, mentorship programmes and ongoing training opportunities have created a supportive ecosystem where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
