Leading live-in care provider Promedica24 expands service offering

Europe’s largest live-in care provider, Promedica24, is excited to announce the expansion of its service offering. Having successfully launched their specialist live-in care model in the UK in 2014, the company will now offer people with care needs access to Promedica24’s high-quality carers on a part-time and hourly care basis. The additional services respond to growing demand for flexible care options, allowing individuals to stay in their own home environment.

Promedica24’s part-time care offering has been designed for people who are not quite ready to receive full-time live-in care support, but require more than an informal arrangement with friends, family and loved ones. Under this scheme, care seekers have the option of choosing between four, five, or six days of continuous live-in care.

Additionally, for individuals who want to access Promedica24’s high-quality carers, but the live-in option isn’t suitable for their family or their home, the care provider has also launched hourly care support. This allows care seekers the flexibility to schedule carer visits around their daily routines and activities to receive extra help when it is most needed.

This latest expansion of Promedica24’s services comes in the midst of another successful year for the care provider, which has also been investing in new technologies, such as digital care planning systems, to offer even more benefits to those it supports.

Grzegorz Wrzosek, Country Manager at Promedica24, commented:

“We are thrilled to reach more people and to respond to increasingly varied care needs. We are confident that our bespoke care packages are a valuable and much needed option for families looking to help their loved ones – be that with hourly or 24/7 live-in support.

“As a CQC-registered live-in care specialist, Promedica24 is providing a viable alternative to residential care for those looking to preserve their independence and remain in the comfort of their own homes. Where suitable, live-in care can also be particularly valuable in rural communities, making it easier for loved ones to visit without travelling long distances.

“We know that people’s care needs develop and evolve with time, and we want to ensure that we are in a position to offer the right level of support at the right time for our clients. Live-in care can be a perfect option for those who want to stay close to their community, keep their pets, and continue their daily routines and we’re looking forward to this new chapter in our service offering.”
