Right at Home UK’s franchise owners will come together to hear from influential speakers, network with their peers and celebrate the network’s achievements over the last 12 months
Right at Home will host its Annual Conference next week, bringing together franchise owners from across the network to help them maximise business growth, tackle sector challenges and share best practice.
The Annual Conference, to be held at St George’s Park in Burton on Trent from Wednesday 15 – Thursday 16 September, will give franchisees the opportunity to hear from influential speakers, attend practical workshops and network with their peers.
Right at Home’s Celebration Awards and gala dinner will also make a sparkling return to celebrate the achievements of local offices over the last year.
The theme for the conference this year is Innovate, Integrate, Inspire. This is central to Right at Home’s agenda in 2023 and beyond, with solid plans in place to work with exciting and scalable technologies, integrate with the wider health care agenda to bring clinical care aspects to the company’s repertoire and inspire the public to see care as a professional sector with a highly skilled workforce.
All of this, and more, will be explored at the conference over two jam-packed days.
The event will kick off with a keynote address from Right at Home CEO Lucy Campbell, who will discuss the importance of embracing change and innovation, whilst learning from challenging times that the sector has experienced due to staffing shortages. Lucy’s address will also highlight the company’s many achievements over the past 12 months; and affirm the network’s strategic direction.
Speaking ahead of the Annual Conference, Lucy said: “Our conference is an absolute highlight of the calendar year, where the Right at Home family come together as a collective, providing an eclectic offering to assist in moving the dial for our brand at both a local and national level, whilst supporting to navigate challenges, collaborate and celebrate our successes.

Lucy’s speech will be followed by a talk from Right at Home’s new Clinical Care Lead, Lisa Grainger. They’ll be discussing the franchise’s exciting new plans to drive ‘hospital at home’ services across the network.
Jane Townson, CEO of the Homecare Association, will also take to the stage to offer her thoughts on how Right at Home, and the sector as a whole, can shape the future of social care.
Day two of the conference will cover sessions on cyber security; the challenges of overseas recruitment and how to navigate these; digital marketing and the importance of franchise owners engaging with their communities.
Eagerly awaited by all attendees, the keynote speaker this year is Scotty Mills. As Britain’s highest-ranking black Royal Marine, Scotty regularly shares his experiences with some of the world’s most elite performers, both as a team-leadership coach and as a motivational speaker.
He was a driving force behind the success of the England football team at the 2018 World Cup and continues to work in the world of elite sport and business to develop innovative leadership, team cohesion and peak performance.
Finally, the conference will draw to a close with the network’s prestigious Celebration Awards. Across 12 categories, Franchisees, CareGivers, and Registered Managers will be recognised for their commitment to their Clients and for going the extra mile.
