Rangeford Villages has appointed Steven Puxley as its new Sales Advisor, and Beccy Gunn as Village Manager for its later living lifestyle community Homewood Grove, in Lyne near Chertsey, Surrey.
The new appointments come at a busy time for Rangeford, who have numerous retirement villages under development such as Strawberry Fields in Cambridgeshire, Walnut Lane at Wadswick Green in Corsham, Siddington Park in Cirencester and at a newly acquired site in Dorking.
Steven has extensive experience in the housing industry, selling both new and pre-loved homes.
The expanded sales team is responsible for facilitating the sales and driving future sales enquiries, joining Sales Advisor Jayne Shaw.
Meanwhile Beccy, who has over 25 years of experience across the hospitality industry, is an accomplished operator in leading teams and delivery outstanding service standards. Prior to joining Homewood Grove, Beccy worked as a General Manger for high-end independent and boutique hotels including Doyle Collection, Bespoke Hotels, Hotel du Vin and Firmdale. She has led several teams through pre-opening periods, so brings excellent knowledge of this high-pressure time with her.
Both team members join ahead of Homewood Grove moving into the next marketing phase, which is the opening of the marketing suite apartment and launch of the first show home in the week commencing 16th October. Meanwhile, reservations have already been taken at Homewood Grove, with the first legal completions due in early 2024.
