The Blueleaf training sessions, which are CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accredited, will also be available on demand so that all members of the team will be able to complete the training at a time most convenient to them.
The webinar series is being launched with a 45-minute session on ‘Carpet Care and Odour Control’. The session will include discussions about accident procedures, guidance on how and when to use distinct types of products and cleaning demonstrations to support staff in maintaining a good smelling home, which is incredibly important to the well-being of staff, residents, and visitors. The webinars will be hosted by a member of the Blueleaf team and end with an engaging quiz and Q&A session for learners to gauge how much they have learned.
