Hallmark Luxury Care Homes has acquired a 1.78-acre site in Cardiff, Wales.
The award-winning care operator will build the next generation of Hallmark home at Melrose Hall in the St Mellon’s district creating an 81 bed, residential, dementia and nursing care home.
The brownfield site has vacant office buildings which will be demolished with construction starting summer 2025.

The Cardiff development will be Hallmark’s 26th care home.
