National law firm Freeths has advised Anchor (England’s largest not-for-profit provider of care and housing for older people) on the acquisition of a brand-new luxury care home in Roundhay, Leeds from Hadrian Healthcare Limited.

The Manor House, Roundhay is a purpose built 65-bed home offering first class residential and dementia care in an incredible setting and close to Roundhay Park. The home has been finished to the highest standard where the needs of residents are paramount. Impressive facilities and incorporating the latest technology within the home offers an amazing place for people to live in later life.

Partner Sarah Moore led the Freeths Care Team on the transaction on behalf of long-standing client Anchor.

She said: “I was thrilled to have been invited to look around the care home just as it was completed, and I was so impressed by the meticulous attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that make this such an incredible home for future residents. We are very pleased to have been able to work with Anchor on this transaction and highly commend the Hadrian team in delivering another outstanding luxury care home.”

As one of the UK’s market-leading private care sector legal advisors, the Freeths’ Care team act for high-profile businesses on all matters in the care sector including real estate, corporate, banking, regulatory, employment and disputes.
