The Farthings is a purpose-built nursing home registered for 60 and was first constructed and established by our clients in 1989. Since then, the home has enjoyed a wonderful reputation for the standards of nursing care provided.
DC Care was instructed to market the home with our clients looking to retire and a buyer was sourced, local operator Provisio Care Group. For more information about Provisio Care Group, please visit their LinkedIn profile.

The sale of The Farthings was overseen by DC Care’s Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Michelle Natkus. Michelle commented “The Farthings attracted a lot of interest from existing care home owners. We were delighted to source a suitable buyer in the form of Provisio Care Group, who also bought The Manse in Kirkham through DC Care in 2022. It was a pleasure once again working with Owais Mohammed and Stuart Stocks at Provisio Care Group.”
