This acquisition ensures full continuity of care for residents and job security for staff, with no disruption to daily life. Kara Healthcare assumes immediate ownership and operational responsibility, preserving the home’s strong foundations while introducing Kara’s proven, values-led model of sustainable, person-centred excellence.
