Specialist providers of social care insurance, Everywhen, have announced that they will be sponsoring Care Sector’s Got Talent 2026 (CSGT). The campaign celebrates the creativity and talents of people working across social care and who are being encouraged to take part in this year’s competition, with a place in the grand final at stake.

Care professionals are magnificently talented people both professionally and in their amateur, show business accomplishments! They are encouraged to enter and share their varied talents, some of which may have been seen in care homes up and down the country. Everywhen has supported the care sector for more than 40 years and this sponsorship reflects our ongoing commitment to the sector.”
In the first instance, anyone working in the UK social care sector is invited to submit a short video audition, which showcases their special skills. Supported by Championing Social Care, the grand final takes place live during the Care Show Birmingham at the NEC on 7th October, 2026.
The competition is free to enter, with applications open until 31st August, 2026. The finalists will get an opportunity to compete in front of over 2,000 care sector professionals, and the overall winner receives a cash prize, as well as an opportunity to perform at the NAPA National Activity Awards, in January 2027.
Jason Brown added: “Our sponsorship of CSGT is a natural complement to our annual ‘Portraits of Care’ campaign, which highlights the importance of positive care experiences that shape people’s understanding of the care sector and how it is valued across the UK.
“There are some wonderful stories out there and this year’s narratives will once again demonstrate the skills and humanity of the many people working in the care sector. CGST will bring out the other, hidden showbiz talents of these very special people!”
The live final of CSGT 2025 took place on 2nd April 2026 at the Birmingham Reparatory Theatre, in front of a live audience of more than 200 people. The competition’s winner was Oladayo Ojekanmi, an exceptionally gifted saxophonist working for 365 Support in Liverpool. The dancer, Kunal Barot, won the ‘development prize’ for most promising act. The 2026 acts are now eagerly awaited!
