Supported living provider Eden Futures, has maintained its Advanced (Gold) Investors in People (IIP) standard, putting the company in the top 2% of organisations internationally that are part of IIP.
Investors in People is the global benchmark for people management, with the accreditation recognised in 66 countries around the world.
Commenting Helen Stokes, Chief Executive Officer, explains: “This accreditation, for a further three years, is a significant achievement and testament to the incredible work our 1200-strong team do in supporting people, who are autistic, and have learning disabilities, enduring mental ill health or high support needs.
