The National Care Forum (NCF) – the leading association for not-for-profit social care is pleased to announce further opportunities for its not-for-profit care and support provider members to explore innovation and best practice as part of its annual partnership with Adaptive Care.

Adaptive Care specialises in CLB Acoustic and Visual Monitoring and has been providing innovative, industry-leading technology into the care sector for over 20 years. Adaptive Care are committed to accelerating the pace of change by championing innovative and emerging technologies and using them to improve care quality and effectiveness.

In May 2025, Adaptive Care led a technology study tour for NCF members in the Netherlands where they hosted roundtable discussions and technology demonstrations. The tour also included visits to two care settings, The Hogeweyk dementia village which demonstrates an innovative model of care, and ‘s Heeron Loo where members had the opportunity to see acoustic monitoring technology in practice, at scale.

Further tours are planned to enable more care and support providers from NCF’s membership to understand the challenges care providers face when implementing technology and see it in operation. They will also be able to learn how other countries have embraced this challenge, especially when it comes to acoustic monitoring and centralisation. In addition to exploring international examples, NCF members will also get the chance to witness the UK’s first central monitoring hub in operation at NCF’s members’ WCS Care in Warwickshire in a series of guided night-time tours taking place throughout 2026. Places on the tours are available to book now.

Vic Rayner, CEO of NCF said: “We’re thrilled that Adaptive Care have joined our annual partnership programme which formalises the strong working relationships we have nurtured with them for many years. The NCF team and I look forward to continuing to work together so more not-for-profit care and support providers can benefit from these valuable knowledge exchanges and build plans around the strategic place that tech will have in their care settings going forward.”

Chris Zych, Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships – UK at Adaptive Care commented: “We’re proud to become an annual partner of the National Care Forum. Like us, they recognise that innovation and technology play a vital role in the future of care. This partnership not only strengthens our shared vision but also enables us to jointly organise these study tours to the Netherlands and UK tours with a leading care provider. The tours create unique opportunities to showcase what’s possible and to highlight how new approaches can greatly improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in our society.”
