Belmont Healthcare Provide Cost of Living Assistance

by Kirsty Kirsty

Belmont Healthcare have announced they are taking the chill out of Winter with a cost-of-living assistance payment of up to 8%.

In an attempt to make up for additional daily costs people are facing on energy, fuel and food, the company didn’t want to see their dedicated colleagues struggle in response to the added financial pressures.

Adam Hutchison, Managing Director at Belmont Healthcare says: “It’s a fact everyone has less disposable income. At Belmont Healthcare we recognise the impact this has had, which is why we are offering financial support. Our colleagues’ wellbeing means the World to us, we don’t want to see people struggle and we certainly don’t want anyone to be facing financial anxiety and stress.”

The assistance payment of up to 8% will be visible in pay packers across the group from November, into December 2022 and January 2023. Belmont Healthcare offers multiple forms of long or short, respite and day care, or at home care for those in need of support.  Specialising in enhanced care and support of older people, care is also offered for those living with Dementia and other life changing conditions such as Parkinson’s disease. Our homes are perfectly situated in delightful settings around the UK and provide a very homely atmosphere whilst being safe and secure making the people we care for feel right at home.
