The home has been owned by Steve Sharp since 2001 and was brought to market to allow him to explore other business avenues.
Following a confidential sales process with Oliver McCarthy at Christie & Co, it has been sold to local provider, Fidelity Healthcare Ltd, which owns several homes in the area.
