Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has been instructed to sell two former learning disability care homes; Kings Road in Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire, and Inglewood House in Camberley, Surrey.

Both being former learning disability homes, Kings Road occupies a large detached, six-bedroom corner property that is located close to the seafront in Lee-on-the-Solent, and Inglewood House occupies a 12-bedroom, semi-detached corner property in the northwest Surrey town of Camberley.

The homes were formerly owned by learning disability care provider, Achieve Together, and ceased trading at the end of 2023.

Charles Phillips, who is handling the sale, comments, “We are delighted to be marketing these two closed former care homes which can be purchased either as a pair or individually. Subject to all necessary permissions, the properties have the potential for various uses.”
