Right at Home UK is celebrating after scooping a major award at the European Franchise Awards 2025, held in Belgium last week.
The national homecare provider was named the winner of the prestigious Gold Award in the ‘Franchisor of the Year’ category, beating strong competition from a range of sectors across the continent.
Hosted by the European Franchise Federation at Le Bouche à Oreille in Brussels on September 11, the awards celebrate the best in franchising.
After being recognised as the UK Franchisor of the Year by the bfa last year, Right at Home UK was invited to compete against other top European winners – a challenge the provider was happy to accept.
The latest win reinforces the provider’s ongoing commitment to offering the best possible support for its franchise partners, equipping them to make a profound impact on their Clients and the communities they serve.
Lucy Campbell, CEO at Right at Home UK, said: “Right at Home UK is incredibly honoured to be named the European Franchisor of the Year for 2025. This prestigious recognition, alongside our UK Franchisor of the Year award, underscores the strength of the entire Right at Home UK network. But it’s more than just accolades; it’s a deeply meaningful validation of the unwavering dedication, passion, and hard work of our Franchise Owners and their care teams – they are the heart and soul of our organisation.
“This dual achievement reflects the power of the collaborative partnerships we’ve fostered, built on mutual respect, a shared commitment to providing exceptional care, and a thriving franchise ecosystem that enables our franchisees to achieve remarkable success. We are immensely proud of what we’ve achieved together, and we remain fearlessly dedicated to supporting our Franchise Owners as we continue to take Right at Home UK from strength to strength.”
The European Franchise Awards marked a major success for British franchising, with five UK winners receiving prestigious accolades.
Pip Wilkins QFP, CEO of the BFA, who travelled to Brussels for the awards said: “What a proud, proud night for British franchising. We send our hugest congratulations to Right at Home, Stevens & Bolton, Canopy Nurseries, ERA Group and to Jon Radford from Football Fun Factory on their magnificent triumphs. They have all worked extraordinarily hard to get here and deserve every bit of the applause they received from their European colleagues on the night, displaying, as they have, the very best of British franchising.”
