by Kirsty Kirsty

Rangeford Villages, the award-winning later living specialist, has further strengthened its Senior Leadership Team with the appointment of Amanda Valentine-Bunce as Head of Marketing and Ryan Fairbairn as Managing Director for Rangeford Developments.

Amanda brings a wealth of experience from previous senior marketing roles, having worked for 10 years within the luxury private pay care sector for Berkley Care Group and having 20 years’ experience as a Director within creative agencies. Her responsibilities will include driving brand engagement and developing creative marketing strategies to deliver both on and offline content.

Fellow new starter, Ryan has over 20 years’ experience in property, development, and construction. Prior to joining Rangeford, Ryan spent 3 years as Development Director at EQUANS UK & Ireland where he was responsible for the establishment and implementation of their residential development growth strategy.

Previously, Ryan was a Board Director at market leading student accommodation provider, UPP, where over a 10-year period he was instrumental in securing and delivering a number of high-profile developments across the UK.

The latest appointments are part of a wider recruitment drive by Rangeford to invest in a market leading team, as it continues to secure its place as a leader in the retirement sector in the UK.

Commenting on their appointments, Howard Nankivell, CEO at Rangeford Villages said:

“Amanda and Ryan’s appointments are a welcome boost to our expanding leadership team. Both have a wealth of experience in their specialist fields and a proven track record of delivery, which will be integral as we continue with our ambitious plans to develop and grow our retirement community portfolio of high quality later living accommodation.”

Rangeford Villages recent expansion follows the creation of three integrated retirement communities across the UK: Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire and Siddington Park in the Cotswolds due to open later in 2022. Plus, the construction commencement of Homewood Grove in Surrey, as well as the recent successful acquisition of a much sought-after site in Stapleford, Cambridgeshire.
