Deal completes as Belmont Healthcare Group announces a 10 million-pound plus purchase of the 120 bed Wombwell Hall Nursing Home in Northfleet, Gravesend as part of its plans for greater expansion across Kent and the South East.
The deal sees Belmont Healthcare take over the purpose-built nursing home from national operator HC-One bringing it into the Group’s family of Kent and East Sussex community-based homes.
Building on their existing portfolio of elderly care homes, Adam Hutchison, Managing Director of Belmont Healthcare comments on the recent purchase of Wombwell Hall:

The home will be greatly welcomes and supported by the rest of the Group and quickly became part of our family business as it joins our other homes in Kent offering exceptional care and support to those in our communities. “
The purchase signals the beginning of the company’s development journey which will see Belmont Healthcare offering a unique care model to a wider and more varied market across Kent, particularly as it develops it specialist dementia care and support services across the county.
