London’s latest luxury home care service has appointed a new Director of Care Operations – with the senior appointment tasked with overseeing the provider’s growing care provision and expanding operations.

Vivant, which officially launched last month, is centred on providing discreet and tailored care support focused on enabling its clients to continue living their life to the full.

With an expanding team and client base, the high end care brand has brought in an experienced industry figure to head up its operations.

Kelly Morris, who joins in the new role, has an extensive care career that spans more than 20 years, with eighteen of those spent leading home care services. Her background includes a focus on older care, dementia care, long-term conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, spinal injuries, and end-of-life care. This breadth of experience uniquely positions Kelly to provide exceptional, person-centred care to individuals with diverse needs.

A registered manager and nominated individual with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Kelly holds full qualifications in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. Her specialisation in End of Life Care (Gold Standard Framework), Safeguarding, and Medication makes her a valuable addition to the Vivant team.

Kelly’s previous roles have showcased her leadership and coordination skills, including jointly chairing monthly safeguarding panels with local authority Safeguarding Leads and overseeing nursing recruitment for a group of 35 care homes nationwide. She has also served as the area manager for homecare branches across multiple London boroughs, and has experience in establishing, registering with the CQC, and developing new branches.

In her most recent role as a Homecare Operations Director at Excelcare, Kelly led a team responsible for supporting 230 adults, delivering 6,500 hours of care each week. Under her leadership, consistent CQC ratings highlighted outstanding performance, particularly in the well-led category.

Furthermore, as a resident of South West London, Kelly also has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the capital, contributing to her ability to deliver outstanding care across the city.

Speaking of Kelly’s appointment, Louise Blezzard, CEO and Founder of Vivant, said: “We’re delighted to bring someone of Kelly’s calibre on board. Joining at such a formative stage for Vivant means Kelly will be able to apply her extensive experience and leadership skills as we grow as a company and continue to enhance our offering. Her commitment to delivering outstanding, compassionate care aligns seamlessly with Vivant’s mission to provide luxury home care services that prioritise the well-being and comfort of our clients alongside their existing lifestyle.”

Vivant’s offering incorporates an exclusive concierge service, personalised, tailored care support, companionship and more. As a home care provider it’s committed to meeting the diverse needs of its clientele in a way that matters to them, with comfort, dignity, independence and autonomy at the heart of its offering.

Vivant is set to redefine the landscape of home care services in London, combining a luxury approach with personalised care to create a unique and unparalleled experience.
