Rangeford Villages Appoint New Sales Advisor at Strawberry Fields in Cambridgeshire

by Kirsty Kirsty

: Rangeford Villages continue to grow the team at their new later living village, Strawberry Fields, in Stapleford, Cambridgeshire, with the appointment of Heather Holl as Sales Advisor.

Heather has recently joined the team at Strawberry Fields following her role as Sales and Marketing Director for a property developer in Milton Keynes. Her wealth of experience in the new homes sector will be integral in driving future sales, supporting customers from their initial enquiry through to completion.

Commenting on her new role, Heather said: “I’m incredibly passionate about the offerings at Strawberry Fields, this is an exciting new role for me. The homes encompass a wonderful lifestyle for the over 60s, allowing residents to live independently with lots of flexibility. This can be a daunting move for many and I’m really looking forward to being part of such an important journey for our customers, matching them with the perfect property. I feel very responsible to get it right for them.

“The spacious homes with high specifications benefit from a beautiful and well-connected location as well as incredible facilities and landscaping. The lifestyle is unmatched with a Rangeford home and ensures no one at the village should ever feel lonely. I can’t wait to watch the community flourish.”

The new village will feature a range of sensitively designed bungalows and apartments, incorporating state-of-the-art amenities, energy-efficient features and the creation of amenities to encourage residents to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Facilities will include a wellbeing centre (pool, steam room and sauna), gym, dance studio, bistro, coffee shop and bar, village hall and a hair and beauty salon.

There will be an abundance of outdoor spaces including manicured gardens, a village green with croquet lawn, plus a boule court, potting shed and raised beds.

Properties will be highly energy efficient and include modern features such as underfloor heating, double-glazed picture windows and an all-electric energy system to help lower bills and environmental impact. Electric car charging points, pool cars, as well as communal transport, will all be available for residents’ use.

The expansion of Rangeford Villages has resulted in the creation of a number of integrated retirement communities across the UK: Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, Siddington Park in Cirencester, Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire and Homewood Grove in Surrey, with further developments in the pipeline.
