Property development firm SEP Properties and leading care provider Radis Community Care have joined forces to turn former Walsall pub into a state of the art supported living service which is set to open its doors and welcome its very first set of residents in a matter of days.

With a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony happening in the coming months, the new residents of the recently renovated Bowman Court will have plenty of time to settle in and make themselves at home.

Situated in a prime position in Walsall, the all-new supported living service is expected to become a pillar of the local community.

Gavin Dixon, Head of Supported Living Services at Radis Community Care is delighted to be welcoming residents to Bowman Court, formerly known as the Bowman Rest. He said:

“After months of hard work and dedication from everyone involved, we’re thrilled to finally be opening the doors.

“We’re incredibly passionate about the support we provide and to be able to do so from a brand new scheme is an absolute joy.

“We look forward to helping the people we support settle into their new homes and into the local community.”
