DC Care sells Hart Plain Care

by Kirsty Kirsty

On behalf of Godfrey Mazhindu, DC Care is delighted to announce the recent successful sale of Hart Plain Care, located in Waterlooville, Hampshire.

Hart Plain Care is a detached two-storey chalet bungalow that is believed to have been extended in 1997. The property stands on a good-sized plot and is well-presented and maintained internally.

The home was first established in 1996 and is registered with the CQC to provide care and accommodation for a maximum of 7 residents with learning disabilities, with most having a mild to moderate level of dependency.

With Mr Mazhindu wishing to retire, DC Care was instructed to market the business, which was sold to an existing operator, who we would like to wish the best of luck with their plans for the home.

The sale of Hart Plain Care was overseen by DC Care’s Director Andy Sandel and Senior Sales Negotiator Clare Duffey. Clare commented “Hart Plain Care attracted lots of interest from a wide variety of buyers including specialist operators. We were delighted to find a suitable buyer who would be able to carry on the excellent reputation that Hart Plain Care enjoyed for many years.”

“Andy and I would like to wish Godfrey a very happy retirement, it was a pleasure to work with him from the beginning!”
