appointment of Joby James as its new manager. With 15 years of experience managing care
homes and a strong background in nursing, Joby is dedicated to continuing Avon Lodge’s
high standard of care, having been rated Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
As a registered nurse with NVQ Level 4 and 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care, Joby
brings both extensive professional expertise and a compassionate approach to her new role.
Her focus on person-centred care aligns perfectly with Avon Lodge’s core values, which
prioritise treating residents with respect and dignity.
