Leading independent national care provider Agincare is excited to announce its recent acquisition of Norton Lees Care Home in Graves Park, Sheffield.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone for the family-owned care provider, establishing its first care home presence in Sheffield and the north of England.
Agincare purchased Norton Lees from Affinity Care Consortium for an undisclosed sum and worked closely with the provider to enable a smooth change-over for residents and their loved ones, as well as the home’s existing care team.
The Sheffield home is the latest addition to Dorset-based Agincare’s portfolio of 32 care homes, continuing a strong track record of successful acquisitions from public sector partners, local authorities, charities, and other independent organisations during the last 37 years.

Norton Lees is a purpose-built home with room for 80 residents and includes specialist facilities for those living with dementia.
Located on Warminster Road in Graves Park, the home benefits from sitting in a quiet, yet well-connected area on city’s outskirts.
Large and spacious with a warm homely feel, Norton Lees possesses multiple dining rooms and lounge spaces, as well as dedicated activity rooms and a large conservatory area with views of the gardens.
Agincare started from a single care home in Weymouth in 1986 by Founder Derek Luckhurst and remains family-owned today, delivering high-quality care in over 100 locations nationwide.
