Two experienced health and social care professionals have joined Realise as the training provider looks to continue its growth in the sector.
Kieran Baines is the new Head of Sales in the Realise Health and Social Care department, while Vic Wood is the Marketing Manager in the team.
Kieran and Vic have strong experience in the industry having previously worked for companies such as Athena Care Homes, Barchester Healthcare and the Visiting Angels Franchise.
Suffolk-based Kieran said he was excited about Realise’s grow within the sector.
“I’m delighted to have taken this new role with Realise,” he said. “I am always a bit sceptical when businesses talk about culture, but it was soon clear that Realise is a fantastic, supportive place to work.
“We are quickly building a new team within health and social care at Realise, expanding from two people up to five in recent weeks. It’s a really exciting time for us due to our organic growth and the forthcoming reforms around training and apprenticeships.

Meanwhile, Vic has enjoyed a varied career within marketing across a range of sectors, including construction, academia and care.
