Belong at Home, the home care service provided by not-for-profit care group Belong, is celebrating a Top 20 Home Care Group win for the third year running, with four of its locations also achieving regional wins. The prestigious awards, presented by leading review website, www.homecare.co.uk, places Belong at Home amongst the highest rated services in the country, based on the group’s average customer review score of 9.9 out of 10.
The Homecare.co.uk Top 20 Home Care Awards 2020 recognise the most recommended domiciliary care providers throughout the UK. Based on the reviews of its customers, a position in the Top 20 Home Care Group category demonstrates that Belong at Home has achieved high ratings for its staffing, care and support, management, treating customers with dignity, and overall value for money.
In addition to the group award, Belong at Home services for Didsbury & Altrincham, Macclesfield, and Warrington all picked-up a Top 20 Home Care Providers for the North West award, and Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme, the same award for West Midlands.
Operating from each of Belong’s seven dementia care villages across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and Staffordshire, the Belong at Home service provides customers with trained and caring support workers to assist with any customer needs, including one-to-one personal care, domestic duties, such as cleaning, food preparation and running errands, as well as companionship and support to enable greater wellbeing. This includes safe excursions outside the home and exercise initiatives, which are helping to enhance the physical and mental health of customers during the coronavirus lockdown, through a range of personalised, home-based routines.
Belong at Home specialises in supporting people with dementia and its customers and their relatives also gain free access to Belong’s Admiral Nurse service.
