Home Instead has, once again, been named as the number one franchise in the HSBC Elite Franchise Top 100 2022 – the fourth time the home care provider has achieved this accolade.
The top 100 list recognises the franchise sector’s most successful businesses, but the ranking is not just about financial success. Companies are ranked according to a broad range of criteria including heritage in franchising, their contribution to the community and the way they embrace innovation.
Commenting on the result, Home Instead CEO, Martin Jones said, “We are immensely proud to have achieved this, particularly this year.
“During the year we have grown at pace, we have innovated and, importantly, have partnered with Honor.
“Over the past year we have dealt with some of the most challenging times in the home care sector, but our brand never stands still, despite what’s being thrown at us!
“To be acknowledged in this way is wonderful. It highlights the immense dedication and passion which everyone shares for caring for our older generation. From our frontline caregivers and our franchise office teams to the 80-strong team at National Office; this is the result of everyone’s hard work and dedication.”
During the last 12 months, Home Instead’s network has grown to over 240 offices and they have continued to innovate with the integration of live-in care, the introduction of clinical services and, of course they continue to pursue their high-tech, high touch approach to technology.
In August they announced their new partnership with Honor Technology, the leading home care technology and operations platform as they look to transform the caregiver and client experience and revolutionise care for older adults.
