UK adult social care services provider, Consensus Support has appointed Emma Reeve as Managing Director.

Emma stepped into the role with Consensus Support in early January 2023 following her time with another national private adult social care provider where she served most recently as Director of Operational Excellence driving up quality standards across the entire organisations portfolio.

Speaking of her appointment, Emma said, “I am thrilled to have joined Consensus at such an exciting time for the organisation. All Social Care providers have experienced a challenging few years due to the pandemic and the on-going staffing challenges, so it is truly fantastic to be part of an organisation who has successfully restructured their operations and way of working to put the people they support and their teams at the heart of all they do. In the short time that I’ve been with Consensus I’ve been overwhelmed by the care and dedication shown by the teams I’ve met and outstanding care I’ve seen. I’m very excited for the future.

Consensus CEO, Paula Keys said, “I am delighted to welcome Emma to our senior team. Her skills as an experienced senior operator and her dedication to helping the people we support live their lives to the full strengthens our team further and supports our ambition to make a positive impact on the lives of people with complex needs’.

Consensus has a sector-leading reputation as the provider that delivers exceptional quality in support and accommodation for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
