Gaynor will join the very experienced senior leadership team and will spearhead the successful opening of their two eagerly anticipated homes: Cale View in Wincanton and The Burren in Bristol.
With an impressive track record in healthcare management, Gaynor Rhead brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Cornerstone. In her new role, she will oversee the opening of the two developments and execution of the commissioning process for the two sector leading homes.
Cale View, located in the picturesque town of Wincanton, will feature 74 beds, offering a range of high-quality care services tailored to meet the unique needs of residents. The Burren, nestled in the vibrant city of Bristol, will boast 80 beds and along with Cale View, will provide exceptional and much needed complex care provisions in the South West of the UK.
As the Commissioning Home Director, Gaynor will be responsible for ensuring that both Cale View and The Burren are set up to deliver unparalleled levels of care and comfort. Her expertise in the healthcare sector will be instrumental in establishing these homes as beacons of clinical excellence to local authorities and integrated care boards.
