NCF retains Quality Assured Care Learning Quality Standard for Digital Leadership Programme

by Kirsty Kirsty

The National Care Forum (NCF) – the leading association for not-for-profit social care is pleased to announce that the Quality Assured Care Learning Quality Standard initial verification review of its delivery of the Digital Leadership Programme has been successfully completed.

This standard is a benchmark for quality training delivery that supports employers to make informed choices. Achieving this important milestone provides further evidence of NCF’s high quality delivery of the Digital Leadership Programme and the high quality of the support offered to participants to enable them to maximise their learning. Inclusive and accessible learning is a priority for NCF, and they are delighted that their range of learning methods are resonating with participants. With a focus on delivering key learning outcomes that support participants to lead digital transformation within their organisations confidently, the Digital Leadership Programme is essential because it equips provider organisations with the strategic, technical and change capabilities needed to lead effective digital transformation. This is backed up by feedback from participants who have completed the training which includes the following comments:

“I have always struggled with standing up in front of people and talking, but you all gave me the courage today to be able to overcome that fear.”

“Learning about AI and emerging tech gave me ideas to improve services and efficiency”

“Breakout discussions led to rich debates and knowledge sharing that I can apply immediately”

Vic Rayner, CEO of NCF commented: “Achievement of this successful verification review adds further credence to the quality of the opportunity our delivery of the Digital Leadership Programme presents to adult social care managers who want to lead digital transformation in their organisations. The feedback our training team has received from participants lends testimony to how empowering the training content is to managers working in care and support settings who never envisaged they could play a part in their organisation’s digital transformation.

“Each time we have run the Digital Leadership Programme our cohorts bring something new to the sessions which enriches the learning for all our participants. We’re thrilled to see this important training being so well received by the sector and encourage care managers and middle managers, whether working in registered services or not, to make sure they book on our January workshops while limited places are still available. Places can be booked by visiting https://www.nationalcareforum.org.uk/digital-transformation/digital-leadership-programme/”.

NCF are accepting bookings for the January programme until 16th December 2025. Visit https://www.nationalcareforum.org.uk/digital-transformation/digital-leadership-programme/ to book now.
