Rangeford Villages celebrated the official opening of Homewood Grove, one of their newest later living developments for the over 60’s in Chertsey, Surrey, in the presence of the Mayor of Runnymede, Councillor Shannon Saise-Marshall. The £43 million construction project has brought high specification homes and state-of-the-art amenities for forthcoming residents.
Homewood Grove transforms a 4.7-acre brownfield site on the outskirts of town into a desirable retirement village. Guests were extended an invitation to attend the special event on 15th May, which aimed to showcase everything Homewood Grove has to offer; high specification homes, spectacular amenities and a social lifestyle in a desirable Surrey location. Tours were on offer of the beautiful show apartments and the brand-new Pavilion, home to the on-site facilities.
The pinnacle of the event was the ribbon cutting ceremony to signify the opening of Homewood Grove, led by the Mayor of Runnymede, Councillor Shannon Saise-Marshall.
